Dr. Dali Kekelidze is a Global Health Specialist, environmental health advocate, and  entrepreneur with over 14 years of experience spanning hospital management, public health systems, and policy reform.

 

Born and raised in Tbilisi, in a well-established family with roots in government, business, and healthcare, Dali was exposed from an early age to leadership, innovation, and public service.

 

She has studied Global Health actively and holds masters degree in Clinical Research – International Health from the University of Barcelona, where she became the first Georgian graduate of the prestigious program.

 

Dali is a former Youth Minister of Health of Georgia, where she led evidence-based, inclusive reforms to modernize the country’s healthcare system. She also served as a Public Health Specialist at the National Center for Disease Control and Public Health (NCDC), leading strategic initiatives in environmental risk assessment, health impact assessment (HIA), and public health surveillance.

 

She is the Co-Founder of the Georgian Young Researchers Academy, a platform supporting emerging scientists in evidence-based innovation and interdisciplinary collaboration. As a lecturer in Global Health, Environmental Health, and Public Health, she is dedicated to shaping the next generation of health professionals.

 

In addition to her academic and policy leadership, Dali is a published author at Forbes Georgia, where she shares insights on global health, environmental sustainability, and women’s leadership. She is a frequent speaker at international conferences, policy forums, and media platforms.
